Qualifications
- The ideal candidate has experience in cybersecurity talent strategy, technical workforce development, and can partner across HR, cybersecurity leadership, and external organizations to enable a competent, capable, and upskilled cybersecurity workforce
- Manage and maintain the cybersecurity rotational program, providing structured career pathways, and workforce education opportunities
- Facilitate cybersecurity learning opportunities, mentorship, upskilling, etc
- Bachelor’s degree IN Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Talent Development, HR, or relevant field
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints
- Ability to perform in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with groups such as HR, recruitment, and cybersecurity leadership
- Proven ability to develop career pathways, mentorship programs, and/or employee engagement initiatives
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (i.e., NICE cybersecurity workforce framework; NIST), basic security tools, or cybersecurity operations/planning
- Willingness to learn from others and self-teach to continuously grow
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
